This is an example of a couture one-off spectacular wedding dress, handmade using Duchess Satin, beaded Lace and, of course, Lochcarron Buchanan Blue Tartan. The bodice has a beaded silk overlay, and the scalloped edges have been incorporated as a feature of the high neckline.
It also features a deep V-neck back with lace-up Tartan ribbon forming an eye-catching bow with tails that nestle on top of the huge duchess satin train. The train is lined with herringbone to give it a crisp, neat edge which holds its shape, especially when dancing!
